Now, select a color and/or size and click on “Add to Cart.” You can continue shopping and return to your cart anytime by clicking the "Cart" icon at the top right. Please note that items in your cart are not reserved.

Finished shopping? Click on the cart icon at the top right to review your items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantity if needed. Then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to go to the checkout, where you can enter all your details on one page.

Please note: Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed, as it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We cover all shipping costs, so you don’t pay for shipping. However, for returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, including Track & Trace.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, all orders are shipped with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order page, and you will receive a link by email when your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

We strive to process orders quickly. If you place your order on weekdays before 9:00 PM, we aim to process it the same day. Since we ship many items directly from our suppliers, the average delivery time is 5-8 business days.

I WON'T BE HOME DURING DELIVERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a DHL pickup point for 7 days. You will receive a notice from the driver with information on where you can pick up the package. After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is a small window to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect address.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report it to us. The carrier will conduct an investigation 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and we will keep you updated until the investigation is complete.

If you have chosen insured shipping, a claim can be filed with the insurance provider for any lost or stolen items. Without insurance, we are unable to take responsibility for missing packages. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct to avoid any issues.
