Delivery Time and Terms

We are currently handling a very high volume of orders, which may result in longer delivery times than usual. We strive to exceed expectations, so to ensure this, we follow the guidelines below. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery time is approximately 5-8 business days. We deliver to Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery Terms

We process and register orders correctly and make every effort to deliver your order to your chosen home address or pickup location in accordance with your selected delivery method.

Our return policy gives you 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@louvraine.com. We have different return addresses depending on the region and will provide the correct address based on your location. We will send return instructions and details via email.

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your package. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs, depending on which courier you choose and the country from which you are returning the package.
